Grading Criteria:

All fourteen of the assigned questionnaires must be completed with scores reported either in a table or in the context of a written paragraph related to a specific questionnaire. If an appendix is included in the paper the correct APA format for constructing tables or figure is required.

 

  1. Consider all of the results and create a personal leadership profile. Your profile should represent a synthesis of your analysis of results of the fourteen self-assessment questionnaires.

 

  1. What are your strengths?

 

  1. What are your areas of improvement?

 

  1. How will you address your areas of weakness?

 

  1. Develop a set of actionable steps to deal with your areas of improvement. There should be a correlation between the action steps proposed and the results of your analysis of the questionnaires.

 

  1. What type of leader are you? What do the results from the questionnaires suggest in the way of leadership style. What specific traits, skills and behaviors are representative of your leadership style?

 

  1. How do you want your subordinates to see you?

 

  1. Quality of writing and organization of material. Basic APA format listed in the course syllabus is to be followed.
