The scale of CSZTV compared to other radio and television enterprises in the local radio and television industry has a guiding position.

With China’s increasing development to accelerate the triple play, CSZTV is also accelerating their own pace. The company’s current total subscribers is about 300000, the total amount of future users can be around one million. At the meantime, the user’s growth rate is slowing, the external policy environment and market environment is still full of uncertainty. BOSS is the abbreviation of Business & Operation Support System. It comes from the telecom industry’s billing system, Business support system(BSS)and Operation support system(OSS). It covers the billing and settlement, business, accounting, customer service and other functions. It is the system of various business functions unified planning and integration in order to fully share the information resources BOSS system is intended to improve customer service quality, further improve the work efficiency, and reduce the enterprise cost. So the client required to build an efficient team to face the software development. In the past, CSZTV’s small system or module development usually developed by one or two engineers, which led to no systematic project management and no project management experience. However, agile development can divide a project into several sub projects. This paper will aim at studying
how to use sprint retrospective meeting to build an effective team..

Research Statement:
With the software development technology and rapid development of economic globalization, in order to meet the needs of open market, the demand of software development productivity raise higher and higher. More and more companies adopt agile development method to build a strong team. Especially sprint retrospective meeting can helping team members understand project process and promoting mutual communication.
