Anxiety in Young Children

Although there are many different theoretical perspectives on depression in childhood and adolescence, they have several points of convergence: loss, cognition, reinforcement, neurobiological vulnerabilities. And the young person experiencing depression does so in the midst of social stigma that may prevent help seeking behavior.
